Ingredients:
| 1 lb Ground Chicken |
| 1 Garlic Clove, minced |
| 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning |
| 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan |
| Salt |
| Black Pepper |
| 1/3 Cup Buffalo Sauce |
| 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing |
| 1 Small Onion, diced |
| Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| Fresh Chopped Chives, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Add the chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan to a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spray a piece of parchment paper with cooking spray. Add the chicken mixture to the center and shape into a ball. Then, press down and form the chicken into a large round crust. About ¼-inch thick for a thinner and larger crust or ½-inch for a slightly thicker and smaller crust.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until starting to turn golden brown and cooked through.
- Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce on the chicken, then drizzle with ranch dressing. Add additional buffalo sauce or ranch, to taste.
- Add the diced onion then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Alternately, you can use the broiler to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with chopped chives, slice, and enjoy!
