Smoky BBQ T-Bone Steaks





Serves 4 servings
Ingredients:
| 4 T-Bone steaks |
| Olive oil |
| 4 tablespoons butter, for topping |
| Sea salt, to taste |
| Freshly ground pepper, to taste |
| Tom Douglas' Rub with Love Smoky BBQ Rub |
Directions:
- Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Rub all over with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Smoky BBQ Rub. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer to platter; top each steak with 1 tbsp. butter and season, to taste, with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
