North Shore Summer Salad with Smoked Whitefish and Fresh Blueberries

Ingredients:
4 cups salad greens
6 oz smoked whitefish
2 slices cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 thin slices red onion, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 cup toasted pecans
Lightly toss first six ingredients with honey mustard dressing, place on four individual salad plates and top with toasted pecans.
Honey Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Whisk all ingredients except olive oil in medium bowl. While whisking briskly, drizzle olive oil in slowly until completely incorporated. Taste for seasoning and serve over salad.
