Ingredients:
| Chunky Guacamole, (see recipe below) |
| Festival Smokehouse Bacon, fried until done and held on plate with paper towel |
| Romaine Lettuce |
| Tomato |
| Homestyle White Bread or Vienna Bread |
| Butter, for the bread |
- First, prepare the chunky guacamole recipe.
- While you are preparing the guacamole you can fry the bacon. Then clean the Romaine or buy the Earthbound Romaine that is already clean and ready to serve. Slice the tomatoes.
- Once the bacon is cooked and guacamole is made you can toast the bread. Once toasted, butter the bread.
- Then top with romaine, slice of tomato and a generous portion of bacon. Then finish with a dollop of chunky guacamole and the last slice of bread. Enjoy!
| 3 large ripe avocados, pitted and scooped from skins with a large spoon, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1 bunch scallions, chopped, including greens |
| 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped fine |
| 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced fine |
| Kosher Salt, to taste |
- Toss all ingredients above with fork so it remains chunky.
