Cajun Blackened Tilapia





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 4 tilapia fillets |
| Olive oil |
| Cajun Blackening Seasoning |
| 3 tablespoons Butter |
| 4 lemon wedges, for seasoning |
Directions:
- Pat tilapia filets dry with paper towels. Rub all over with olive oil and liberally season the filets evenly with the blackening seasoning.
- Preheat large skillet to high heat; add butter to pan, swirl to coat bottom. Add filets to pan and sear about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish is cooked through. Be sure to use a splatter screen and vent fan on your stove because blackening causes spattering and smoke!
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
