Grilled Buffalo Chicken Pizza





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 1 Thin Crust Boboli Pizza Crust |
| 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces |
| 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, divided use |
| 2 tablespoons pizza sauce |
| 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles |
| 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 3 green onions, (scallions), thinly sliced |
| Homemade Blue Cheese Dip, for topping (see separate recipe) |
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium high heat and set for indirect grilling. For gas grills light outside burners only. For charcoal grills, spread hot coals in a circle around the outside edge of the grill. Spray middle of grid on grill.
- Brush Boboli crust with olive oil and grill top side down for 5 minutes. Flip crust over and remove to pizza pan; cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Mix together 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and 2 tablespoons pizza sauce and spread evenly over pizza crust.
- In a sealed plastic bag, mix together the cooked chicken pieces and the remaining buffalo sauce to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over sauce, then chicken, then shredded mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with the sliced green onions.
