Chicken Ranch Burger

1 pound ground chicken
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Dry Mix
3 Green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves
4 hamburger buns
provolone cheese, sliced
ranch dressing (for dipping)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into 4 patties. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray - spray well. Cook patties until done, about 8-10 minutes on each side.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place a slice of cheese on each side of a sliced bun. Toast buns/melt cheese in oven for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Drizzle ranch dressing on top of burger or have on the side as a dipping sauce.
