Ingredients:
4 Our Own Chicken Bacon Swiss Burgers
4 Slices Baby Swiss Cheese
Jimmy's Smokey Ranch Dressing
Kaiser rolls, bakery hamburger buns, brioche buns
Fresh Baby Spinach or Romaine, optional
Onions, raw or fried, optional
tomatoes, optional
avocado, optional
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Oil grill grate or spray with Pam Grilling spray.
Grill chicken burgers about 5 minutes per side until slightly charred and inside temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Place 1 slice of Baby Swiss cheese on top of each burger the last 5 minutes of grilling time. Transfer to platter and rest 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast buns and spread top and bottom with the Smokey Ranch Dressing. Assemble burgers on buns topped with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
