Ingredients:
| 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter |
| 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour |
| 2 1/2 Cups Milk |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika |
| 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder |
| 1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard Powder |
| Pinch Cayenne Pepper |
| 8 Ounces Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, grated |
| 1 Box Medium Shell Pasta Noodles |
| Green Food Coloring |
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk to combine. Add the milk and whisk to combine making sure to remove all lumps.
- Add the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, dry mustard, and cayenne. Stir to combine.
- Continue to cook for about 6-8 minutes, until starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the grated cheddar cheese. Stir until completely melted.
- Add green food coloring to the mixture and stir. Continue to add food coloring until your desired color is achieved.
- Add the cooked and drained pasta noodles, and stir completely.
