While baking, prepare the coating mixture. In a small saucepan melt the olive oil, butter, and garlic. Add the Parsley, stir, and remove from the heat.
Let cool for a few minutes. Add the parmesan and stir.
Place the knots in a Ziplock bag and pour the mixture over the top. Shake to coat.
