Use a bread knife to slice the rolls in half without separating the rolls. Place the bottom half in a 9x13 pan.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the chives, garlic salt and onion powder to the butter and stir to combine.
Spread about ½ of the butter mixture on the bottom half of the sliced rolls.
Layer 6 slices of cheese on top.
Layer the sliced chicken on top of the cheese.
Layer the crumbled bacon on top of the sliced chicken.
Drizzle ranch dressing on top, making sure each slider will have some ranch on it.
Layer the other 6 slices of cheese on top of the ranch.
Place the top half of the rolls on top.
Brush the other ½ of the butter mixture on the tops of the rolls then sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. You want the tops to be golden brown and slightly crispy.
