Ingredients:

2 -3 Cups Chicken, cooked and shredded+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Cups Ricotta Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
1 1/2 Tsp Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
1 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning+ Add to Shopping List |
3/4 Tsp Onion Powder+ Add to Shopping List |
3/4 Tsp Garlic Powder+ Add to Shopping List |
1 -2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
3 -4 Cups Alfredo Sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
9 -12 Lasagna Noodles, cooked+ Add to Shopping List |
1 -2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Combine the chicken, ricotta, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Layer the pan with sauce on the bottom, followed by a single layer of noodles, followed by a layer of filling. Top with a small amount of mozzarella, if desired. Continue to layer in this order until you reach the top of the pan. The top layer should be sauce, that full covers the noodles. Top with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for about 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving to allow the lasagna to set.
