Ingredients:
6 oz Ground Chicken
1/4 Cup Canned Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/3 Cup Green Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion
2 Tsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
16 Potsticker Wrappers
Sweet & Sour Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, or Soy Sauce, for dipping
Directions:
Combine the ground chicken, water chestnuts, green onion, minced onion, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Place 16 potsticker wrappers on the counter. Add a scoop of the chicken mixture to each potsticker.
Add water to a small bowl. Pick up one of the potstickers and use your fingers to wet the outside edges. **Only wet one potsticker at a time or they will stick to the counter**
Fold the potsticker over the chicken mixture to cover it, making a half circle shape. Seal the edges by squeezing together and using the water to hold he potsticker together. Make sure to seal all openings so the chicken mixture can’t seep out.
Place on a piece of wax paper or parchment paper and repeat until you have 8 potstickers completed.
Lightly spray the top and bottom of the potstickers with cooking spray (this will help prevent sticking to the air fryer during cooking). Place the potstickers in the bowl of the air fryer. You should be able to fit 8 at a time.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 400 degrees, then flip over, and air fry for another 4 minutes at 400 degrees.
While the first batch of potstickers cooks, start to assemble the second batch. When the first batch is done, remove the potstickers to a baking sheet and keep warm in a 200-degree oven while the second batch cooks. If you are only making one batch, you can skip this step.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce - Sweet & Sour Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, or Soy Sauce.
