Instant Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Vegan)

Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
4 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk, can substitute water but do not use dairy milk
3 Apples, diced
3 Tsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon, plus more for topping
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Chop the apples into small pieces.
Add the oats, almond milk, 2 of the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and confirm the valve is set to the “seal” position.
Cook for 3 minutes on high pressure using the manual setting. It will take about 10 minutes for the Instant Pot to pressurize before the timer starts.
Once the 3 minutes are up, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes. Then open the valve and quick release the pressure until the pin drops.
Remove the lid and stir the oatmeal. Remove the cinnamon sticks.
Serve warm with additional diced apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
