Ingredients:
| 1 lb Rotisserie Chicken, cubed or shredded |
| 3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce |
| 7 Tbsp Butter, melted and divided |
| 1 Package King's Hawaiian Rolls |
| 2/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
| 2/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles |
| 2 1/2 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Seasoning |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Use a long bread knife to slice the rolls in half. Keep the rolls attached to each other, do not separate into individual rolls.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the 9x13 baking pan.
- Melt 3 Tbsp butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add ¾ of the buffalo sauce and stir to combine.
- Add the chicken to the buffalo sauce mixture and toss to coat. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over the top of the mozzarella.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top on the sandwiches.
- Melt 4 Tbsp butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the Ranch seasoning and stir to combine. Brush over the top of the rolls, making sure to evenly coat each roll and let some drip down the sides.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the tops of the rolls start to turn brown.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
