Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Use a long bread knife to slice the rolls in half. Keep the rolls attached to each other, do not separate into individual rolls.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the 9x13 baking pan.
Place the ham in an even layer on the bottom half of the rolls.
Place the turkey in an even layer on top of the ham.
Place the Swiss cheese slices in an even layer on top of the turkey.
Make the sauce. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the egg, Worcestershire, Dijon, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
Pour about ½ of the mixture on top of the Swiss cheese. Use a knife to spread the mixture evenly over the top.
Place the top half of the rolls on top.
Pour the rest of the mixture over the top of the rolls, making sure to evenly coat each roll and let some drip down the sides. Use a knife to help spread the mixture, if needed.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sliders are warmed through.
Let cool for about 5 minutes, then slice into individual sandwiches. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of each sandwich and serve warm with a side of raspberry preserves. Enjoy!
