Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

16 Egg Roll Wrappers
Pizza Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Pizza Toppings of Choice - pepperoni, canadian bacon, pineapple, olives, etc.


  1. Lay out the egg roll wrappers on the counter. Position them in the shape of a diamond.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp pizza sauce to the bottom third of the egg roll wrapper. Top with 1-2 Tbsp cheese the add additional topping of your choice.
  3. Fold the bottom point of the egg roll wrapper over the filling, so the point is touching the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold in both sides.
  5. Starting from the bottom, roll the egg roll until completely closed. Use a small drop of water to help hold the egg roll closed on the point and sides.
  6. Repeat until all egg rolls have been assembled. Place the egg rolls on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush olive oil over the top of the egg rolls and also on the basket of the air fryer.
  8. Place the egg rolls in the basket seam side down, leaving space in between. You will have to work in batches. While the first batch cooks, store the remaining egg rolls in the fridge.
  9. Air fry at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Then, flip the egg rolls over, lightly brush the other side with olive oil, and air fry for an additional 2 minutes. Use tongs to remove the egg rolls to a baking sheet and keep them warm in a 200 degree F oven while the rest of the egg rolls cook.
  10. Once all egg rolls are done, serve warm with additional marinara sauce on the side and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
