Hamburger Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef |
| 1 cup chopped onion |
| 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup |
| 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 can whole kernel corn, (12 oz.)drained |
| 1 cup sour cream |
| 1/4 cup chopped pimiento |
| 3/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
| 4 tablespoons melted butter |
| 1 package medium egg noodles, (1 lb.)cooked and drained |
Directions:
- Lightly brown meat in heavy skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until tender, but not brown. Add corn, soup, sour cream, butter, pimiento, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles, spoon mixture into a 4 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes until golden brown.
- To make this more kid friendly omit the pimiento.
