Holy Smoke Chicken Burgers

|4 Our Own Chicken Bacon Swiss Burgers|
|4 Slices Baby Swiss Cheese|
|Jimmy's Holy Smoke Dip and Dressing|
|Kaiser rolls, bakery hamburger buns, brioche buns|
|Fresh Baby Spinach or Romaine, optional|
|Onions, raw or fried, optional|
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Oil grill grate or spray with Pam Grilling spray.
- Grill chicken burgers about 5 minutes per side until slightly charred and inside temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Place 1 slice of Baby Swiss cheese on top of each burger the last 5 minutes of grilling time. Transfer to platter and rest 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast buns and spread top and bottom with the Holy Smoke Dip. Assemble burgers on buns topped with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
