If your mornings could use a little more magic, these homemade Nutella Pop Tarts are about to become your new obsession. Flaky pie crusts envelop a generous swirl of creamy Nutella, baked to golden perfection and finished with a drizzle of white and dark chocolate and a sprinkle of colorful fun. Whether it’s for a weekend brunch, a special treat, or just a reason to indulge, these Pop Tarts are as playful as they are irresistible.

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll both pie crusts and cut each one into a rectangle, discarding the excess dough. Slice each rectangle into 6 equal pieces. Place 6 pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each, and set the remaining 6 aside for the tops.

Spread a generous layer of Nutella onto the 6 pieces of dough on the baking sheet, leaving a small border around the edges. Don’t be shy here—a heaping scoop ensures plenty of Nutella in every bite.

Top each Nutella-covered piece with one of the remaining dough pieces. Press the edges together with your fingers or use a fork to crimp and fully seal.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.

Once cooled, place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Spread the melted white chocolate over the top of each pastry, using as much or as little as you’d like.

Immediately add sprinkles over the white chocolate before it begins to set.

Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Transfer the melted chocolate to a Ziploc bag, snip a small corner, and drizzle over the pastries.

Serve right away and enjoy! If saving for later, allow the chocolate to fully harden before storing the pastries in an airtight container.
