Meatless 7-Layer Tostadas
Meatless 7-Layer Tostadas are a spin on the traditional 7-layer dip you’ve probably had at a party or 2 in the past. Instead of serving the 7-layers in dip form, you assemble the layers on crispy tostadas and serve as the main course. They have delicious flavor, great texture, and can be customized for various tastes. The recipe can be found here. I like to use refried beans, guacamole, seasoned sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onion, and black olives. I will admit, all my ingredients are store-bought. You can prepare homemade refried beans and guacamole if you prefer. I like the simplicity and efficiency of store-bought from time to time 🙂 Start by preparing the ingredients. Game Day!
Are you ready for some football? Getting together with family and friends on the weekend is a fun and spirited way to celebrate fall while cheering on your favorite team. There are so many games to watch and plenty of creative food options to choose from. We are gearing up for the big Viking / Packer game this weekend so I wanted to share some of our favorite football snacks. These were a hit for past games so I’m sure there will be some repeats for the game this weekend!
