Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

2 Ears of Corn or 6 Mini Corn
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. If using ears of corn, trim the tip off each ear. Remove any husks and silks from the corn.
  2. Brush olive oil over each ear of corn or mini corn. Place in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees, flipping halfway.
  4. Melt the butter and brush over each ear of corn (or mini corn). Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
