Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

12 Jalapenos
6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
6 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin
6 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  1. Remove the tops only of the jalapenos. Core out the inside and remove any seeds. Slice in half, lengthwise. Set aside.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and bacon crumbles in a small bowl. You want the mixture to be well blended.
  3. Add the mixture to the center of each jalapeno.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add the jalapenos to the basket. Do not overlap, work in batches.
  5. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. Smaller jalapenos will be closer to 5 or 6 minutes, larger jalapenos will be closer to 6-7 minutes. The jalapenos will be tender, and the filling will be warmed through and melted.
  6. Use tongs to carefully remove the jalapenos to a serving platter. Continue air frying until all jalapenos have been cooked. Serve immediately while still hot. Enjoy!
