Pawley's Original or Pepperjack Pimento Spread, or Homemade Pimento Cheese Spread (see recipe below)+ Add to Shopping List |

Lettuce, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Sliced Onion, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |

- Preheat the grill to 375 to 400 degrees F. Turn on the oven broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form the ground beef into 3 patties, about 1/3 lb size. Season each side with salt, pepper, and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt.
- Grill the burgers to your desired doneness then remove the burgers to the baking sheet. Top each with a heaping scoop of pimento cheese and spread over the top. Place under the broiler until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Assemble the burgers. Add the lettuce, tomato, onion, and burger to the bottom bun. Garnish with fresh sliced green onion, then add the top half of the bun. Serve and enjoy!

1 Jar (4 oz) Diced Pimento, drained+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt & Pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
- Place the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne, onion powder, and pimentos into a large food processor and use pulse function to not over blend.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
