Start by preheating the smoker to 275 degrees F with pecan or cherry wood chips.  These are great wood chip flavors when working with shrimp but any wood chip flavor you prefer is fine.

Rinse, de-vein, and de-shell the shrimp, as needed.  Place the shrimp in rows in an 8×8 foil pan.  Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning over the top.

Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl.  Add the garlic and stir to combine.  Pour the mixture evenly over the shrimp and place rosemary sprigs between the rows of shrimp.

Once preheated, place the foil pan in the smoker over indirect heat and smoke for approximately 25 minutes.  The shrimp should turn opaque in color with pink and red highlights when finished cooking.

Remove the shrimp from the smoker and drizzle lemon juice over the top.  Serve the shrimp warm and enjoy!
