The recipe can be found here.

Start by slicing the steak into 1-inch cubes and placing them in the slow cooker.  I don’t trim too much of the fat off because it helps keep in some of the flavor and adds to the tenderness of the meat.  Sprinkle the au jus mix and onion mix over the top.

Next, add the thinly sliced butter and pour the beer broth over the steak.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.  The steak should be tender and cooked through, but not overdone.  Spoon the steak into bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.  Serve and enjoy!

It’s great over mashed potatoes or with a side of steamed vegetables, and the au jus is good enough to drink.  Any leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

The recipe can be found here.

The slow cooker does all the work, allowing you to come home to a delicious meal ready to serve. Whether you’re feeding a family or entertaining guests, these steak bites offer a hearty, comforting option that’s perfect for any occasion. Serve with your favorite sides and savor the delicious results of this effortless and delectable recipe. Enjoy!

Happy Cooking!
