With Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans we thought a Muffuletta Sandwich might be on your menu. This recipe for Muffuletta sandwich with Olive salad is a hearty sandwich with lots of tradition, our recipe is for individual Mufulletta sandwiches but if you wish you can use a round loaf of bread and make one large sandwich and cut into servings. If you’re short of time we have The Griller, our 48 ounce sandwich and a winner with every crowd.
An easy sandwich that is always a pleaser and one that you can make the night before are these Mini Ham Sandwiches, they are usually the first thing on our table to disappear!
If crockpot food is what you are looking for, this is a killer recipe for Pulled Pork Sliders. Big Rick’s is our preferred BBQ sauce to use for these sliders and most recipes because of the wonderful depth of flavor in their sauces.
Fresh veggies are great to have on your table for some crunch and lighter fare. This idea from Pinterest makes it easy to grab some veggies and dip for watching the game and of course the advertisements!

A taco bar is fun for your guests to use their creativity and customize their tacos just the way they like them. You can do this by having Walking Tacos or traditional tacos. Make sure to offer lots of colorful fresh options and don’t forget the Chunky Guacamole! Serving pitchers of Margaritas would add to the festive atmosphere.
If you want to really amp up your guests options, serving these Buffalo Chicken Tacos would WOW your guests, they are fabulous!
All of us can relate to wanting to entertain and have wonderful food and just not enough time to prepare the food. When we brainstorm and experiment to develop our prepared sides, starters and entrees we begin with what we want to serve our family and friends. Our exclusive dips are an example of how we developed some of our homemade favorite dips to offer them prepared so that all you have to do is heat and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
None of us enjoy a mess so Our Own Flavored Boneless Wings are a favorite, all white meat chicken breaded with your choice of sauces, another item that quickly dissapears from our buffets and no messy bones to deal with. The Bourbon sauce is a personal favorite but make up a wing bar for your guests with a sampler of each of the sauces and they will hover around your table!
Our own Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers or Stuffed Mushrooms are fun options to serve but can be tedious to make so we did it for you, sold by the pound.
No crowd would ever be disappointed in our Fried Chicken or our seasoned Grilled Chicken served hot from our Deli and a customer favorite for over 35 years. If you have a really huge crowd coming we offer a 50-piece pan, order on line or call ahead and we will have it ready!
