Apple Butter & Prosciutto Naan Flatbread is the perfect fall dinner.  It’s easy to assemble, quick to make, and tastes amazing!  The classic combination of apples and cheese give this recipe a sweet and savory taste, and very unique flavor.  It’s a great way to use up those apples or apple butter you bought during a visit to the orchard this fall 😊

The recipe can be found here.

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet.

Top each flatbread with ¼ cup of apple butter.  Add more to taste.  I like to use store-bought apple butter (from either a local apple orchard or grocery store) for convenience.  You can use homemade apple butter if you prefer.

Top each flatbread with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, spread evenly over the top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the flatbreads are heated through.

Remove the flatbreads from the oven and top with prosciutto and apple slices.

Slice and serve immediately while still warm.  Enjoy!

The recipe can be found here.

This recipe reminds me of all the yummy flavors of fall 😊 Warm apple butter, melted cheese, crisp apple slices, and salt prosciutto.  What’s not to like?

Happy Cooking!
