If you’re looking for a quick and delicious way to spice up your next meal, look no further than our Jalapeño Popper Naan Flatbread. This dish combines the creamy goodness of traditional jalapeño poppers with the comforting texture of naan flatbread, creating a flavor-packed treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Our recipe starts with soft naan flatbreads as the perfect base. They’re topped with a rich blend of softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, adding a tangy creaminess that complements the heat of the jalapeños. We then sprinkle a mix of shredded mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, offering a gooey, melty layer of cheesy goodness. To finish it off, crispy bacon bits and jarred sliced jalapeños are added, giving each bite a satisfying crunch and spicy kick.

This Jalapeño Popper Naan Flatbread is not just a feast for the taste buds, but also incredibly easy to make. Whether you’re serving it as an appetizer for your next gathering or enjoying it as a quick weeknight dinner, it’s sure to become a new favorite in your culinary repertoire. Get ready to impress your friends and family with this simple yet scrumptious recipe!

Start by turning a baking sheet over and place a piece of aluminum foil on top (do not fold down the sides).  This will help later because you will use the foil to slide the naan onto the grill to cook the flatbreads.

Place both naan flatbreads on top of the aluminum foil.  Then divide the cream cheese between each naan and spread evenly over the top.  Next, divide the ranch between each naan and spread over the top of the cream cheese.

Divide the shredded mozzarella and pepper jack cheese in half and sprinkle over the top of each flatbread.

Sprinkle the bacon bits over the top, using as much or as little as you like.  You can also substitute with fresh chopped bacon or skip the bacon all together if you prefer.

Finally, top with sliced jalapenos.  I prefer to use jarred jalapenos, but fresh sliced jalapenos will also work.

Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F and only use the outside burners.  Carefully slide the aluminum foil off the baking sheet and onto the grill grates.  This makes it easy to move the pizza and prevents the bottom of the flatbreads from burning.

Close the grill cover and warm the pizzas until all ingredients are hot and the cheese is melted, about 4-6 minutes.  Then, carefully slide the aluminum foil out from under the pizzas and let the bottom crisp for about 30 seconds.  Remove the pizzas to the baking sheet when done.

Slice and serve warm.  Enjoy!
