These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are exactly what they sound like — tender, juicy bites of chicken cooked in a rich, garlicky butter sauce that is impossible to resist. They come together in one pan in under 20 minutes, and the smell alone is enough to bring everyone to the kitchen.

Serve them over rice, toss them with pasta, stuff them in a wrap, or honestly just eat them straight out of the pan. No judgment whatsoever — we’ve all been there with this one.

Simple ingredients, big flavor, minimal cleanup. This is the weeknight dinner you didn’t know you needed.

The recipe can be found here.

Start by adding the chicken to a Ziploc bag along with the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Seal it up and give it a good toss until every piece is evenly coated. Quick, easy, and barely any dishes — we’re off to a great start.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until golden brown on the outside and cooked through to 165°F. Remove to a plate and try to resist eating it all right then and there — the best part is still coming.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic. Stir it around and let it cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. That smell? Absolutely unreal.

Add the lemon juice, Dijon, red pepper flakes, and parsley and stir everything together. Let it cook for about a minute until the sauce comes together beautifully.

Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat every piece in that gorgeous garlic butter sauce. Let it all cook together for another minute or two, so the chicken soaks up all that flavor.

Garnish with a little extra fresh parsley and serve immediately. Over rice, with pasta, on its own — however you’re eating it, enjoy every single bite!

The recipe can be found here.

One pan, under 30 minutes, and a sauce so good you’ll be scraping the skillet clean. These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are the kind of recipe that sounds simple — because it is — but delivers flavor that tastes anything but. Keep this one in your back pocket for busy weeknights, last minute dinners, or any time you need something fast that still feels a little special.

Happy Cooking!
