St. Patrick’s Day is more than parades and green pints — it’s a reason to gather around a table loaded with bold, soul-warming food. This year, we’re skipping the same old corned beef and leaning into the rich, malty, whiskey-kissed flavors that Ireland does best. We’re kicking things off with a Guinness Beer Cheese Dip that’s impossibly creamy, deeply savory, and dangerously easy to devour. Then we’re moving on to Chicken with Whiskey Cream Sauce — a golden, silky main course that tastes like something you’d order at a cozy pub. And for the grand finale? A Chocolate Guinness Bundt Cake that’s dark, fudgy, and rich enough to make you forget dessert was ever an afterthought. Whether you’re hosting a crowd or celebrating quietly at home, these three recipes will carry you from the first bite to the last crumb with nothing but pure indulgence. The recipes can be found … Continue reading

We like to watch the parade and enjoy an adult beverage with the dressed-up crowds (the people watching is phenomenal), then head home for a feast!  Some years we like to enjoy traditional Irish food but other years we like to take a favorite dish and add and Irish twist.  It really depends on what we feel like cooking that day!  This year, we are going to enjoy the following menu with friends and family: Reuben Dip Guinness Cheddar Mac & Cheese Guinness Glazed Chicken Sandwich Irish Mule Guinness Brownies   The Reuben Dip is our appetizer and something to much … Continue reading

The menu consists of the following: Avocado Ranch Dip with Veggies Reuben Sandwich Rachel Sandwich Decorative Pretzel Rods Frozen Grasshopper, for the adults Mint Green Shake, for the kids   The Avocado Ranch Dip is delicious!  It’s light, tangy, and perfectly salted.  You combine the ingredients in the food processor until smooth and serve with veggies.  I only plated green veggies to keep … Continue reading
