Start by preheating your oven to 400°F. While that’s heating up, add the ground chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan to a large mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix it all together until well combined.
Now it’s time to form your crust. Spray a sheet of parchment paper with cooking spray, drop the chicken mixture in the center, and shape it into a ball. Then press it out into a large round crust — go about ¼-inch thick if you want it bigger and crispier, or ½-inch if you prefer something a little heartier. Either way, you really can’t go wrong.
