As we get into spring and warmer weather, I like to make lighter dishes and meals that are seasonal and have fresh ingredients. I recently saw a picture of a sandwich on Instagram and immediately wanted to recreate it. It’s a little salty, a little sweet, creamy, and crisp all wrapped in a baguette. It’s a Grilled Peach Sandwich with Prosciutto and Arugula and it’s what dreams are made of. And it’s the right time of year because peaches are going to start being in season and available at your local Festival Foods. The recipe can be found here.
