Pizza Grilled Cheese
Pizza Grilled Cheese combines 2 of my favorite things…pizza and grilled cheese. It’s the ultimate mash-up meal! And it’s something the kids will absolutely love! Think mounds of melted cheese and spicy pepperoni sandwiched between 2 slices of buttery, garlicky bread. Dip it in your favorite marinara sauce before each bite and you will be in heaven. The sandwiches are somewhat customizable too. Use turkey pepperoni vs traditional pork/beef pepperoni, add crumbled sausage, etc.…you get the picture, so each family member can easily create their own yummy sandwich. The recipe can be found here. Start by adding 3 Tbsp unsalted butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Add the parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
