Homemade Peanut Butter Cups
Homemade Peanut Butter Cups are what dreams are made of. I’ve made these multiple times, and each time is harder and harder to not eat the entire batch myself! If you love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, you are going to want to try these. Personally, I think they are better than the store-bought version. They are rich and creamy, perfectly sweet, and super easy to make. And they are healthy-ish 😊 An absolute crowd pleaser when you are looking for a light dessert or something sweet to share. They WILL disappear quickly. I brought some to a potluck at work, ended up sharing the recipe, multiple people told me they made them for their families, and planned to make them again. Sweets For Your Sweetheart
Valentine’s Day is fast approaching. Do you plan to celebrate with your significant other, kids, or perhaps host a Galentine’s Day celebration? We like to do something every year but it’s never the same thing. Some years we go out, some years we stay in, and some years we postpone until we can figure out what we want to do. Whatever you end up doing (or not doing), I hope you enjoy it! One tradition of mine is to ALWAYS make a beverage or 2 and a dessert or 2 to celebrate during the month of February. Here’s what I have for you this year: Strawberry Pink Hot Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake Martini Love Letter Pastries Strawberry Puff Pastry Hearts Now let’s walk through how to make each recipe: STRAWBERRY PINK HOT … Continue reading

Yuletide Yummies
Baking is one of my favorite things to do but baking Christmas cookies is extra meaningful to me. I used to spend a few days with my mom in the kitchen before the holidays baking her traditional cookies. It was always so much fun…and something I looked forward to helping with every year. Nowadays, I help when I can, but also like to bake a few batches of my own. I like to create new recipes or put a holiday spin on an existing recipe. It’s fun to be creative and I love hearing reactions to the different goodies. It doesn’t hurt that I have a sweet tooth so if no one else wants the cookies, I sure do! This year, I’m making 5 different holiday treats to share with friends and family. Christmas Cookie “Charcuterie” Board No Bake Mint Oreo Truffles No Bake Butterscotch Clusters Holly Ginger Cookies Homemade … Continue reading
