The fresh wild Halibut filets in our stores right now are fabulous, Halibut is delicious whether baked, sautéed, grilled, or broiled and I can’t get enough of it!
My personal favorite recipe is Halibut with Leeks and Spinach! The prep is easy and don’t count on having leftovers because there will be clean plates! One thing I do not enjoy when preparing fish is removing the skin from the fish and our staff at the chefs counter will remove the skin for you if you ask them.
If you’re looking to spice things up try fresh Halibut in a fish taco and chunky guacamole of course!
