There’s something incredibly satisfying about biting into a juicy, flavorful burger, and when it’s made with a combination of fresh rosemary and garlic, it takes the experience to a whole new level. If you’re looking for a delicious twist on the classic burger, this Rosemary Garlic Chicken Burger is the perfect choice. Made with ground chicken, fresh rosemary, and minced garlic, this burger is packed with savory goodness and just the right amount of spice.

The recipe can be found here.

Start by making the sauce for topping.  Combine the mayo, chopped rosemary, and garlic in a mixing bowl and set aside.

Next, combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, and 1/3 of the mayo mixture in a separate mixing bowl.  Form this mixture into 4 patties and set aside.  I like to place the patties on a plate or piece of wax paper until ready to cook.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray it with cooking spray.  Add the burgers on cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.  If you think the burgers are cooking too fast and starting to burn, lower the temp a bit so the top and bottom doesn’t burn.

While the burgers cook, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.  Place the buns, open faced, on a baking sheet.  Place a slice of cheese on one side of the buns.  Lightly toast the buns and melt the cheese in the oven for about 5 minutes.  You can skip this step if you don’t want toasted buns or melted cheese, but I think it complements the burgers nicely.

You are now ready to assemble the burgers.  Add the rosemary mayo to the bun (add as much or as little as you like).  Place a burger on top.  Add a handful of arugula and the top half of the bun.  Serve and enjoy!

The recipe can be found here.

There you have it—an irresistible Rosemary Garlic Chicken Burger that’s sure to become a favorite in your household.  The creamy rosemary-garlic mayo adds an extra layer of deliciousness, while the peppery arugula and melted Muenster cheese provide the perfect finishing touches.

Happy Cooking!
