Oscar-Worthy Food
We’ve all watched some great movies this year and on Sunday evening we shall see which films and actors are awarded Oscars. Why not step up your menu and celebrate the year in film with some awesome food. We looked through our recipes and products to find some delicious and festive food for you to watch the Oscars. Seafood always seems right for a special menu. One of our favorites is Lump Crab Cakes from our Chef department, we sell them frozen and all you have to do is brown each side in butter and place on a baking sheet in the oven – delicious. Tis the Season and time for Seafood
It’s that time again – our seafood sale has begun and the quality and savings are amazing! Our ready-to-cook jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are a big favorite and better than most restaurants. Our recipe for Spicy Mustard Sauce is wonderful with these crab cakes and many other seafood items. Our cooked Lobster Claws are already scored making them easy to peel and eat! You can eat them hot or cold, serve them with our Seafood Mustard Sauce. Rock that holiday table with seafood and serve the Lobster Claws and some of our Colossal Alaskan King Crab Legs. Tis the Season for Seafood!
A sure sign of the holiday season – our Seafood Sale is off and running and there is an abundance of items that will find their way into my shopping cart over the course of the sale. An absolute favorite are the Lobster Claws from Maine, they are pre-scored making them very easy to crack open. They’re frozen and we prefer to thaw them out and serve them cold with this delicious seafood sauce, an elegant yet easy appetizer or an exquisite main course. Another family favorite are the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes sold individually ready to cook, we prefer to serve these with a Spicy Honey Mustard Sauce. Holiday Traditions
The Christmas season is filled with so many traditions; families heading to tree farms to choose and cut their tree to decorate together or friends gathering for a tree trimming party, cookie exchanges, etc. It is also filled with shopping, school concerts, houseguests, and food, glorious food, that’s where we come in. Our December Seafood Sale is a very popular holiday tradition for our guests as well as our associates. One item always featured in our seafood sale is our Alaskan Red King Crab. Most people don’t know that there are actually three different types of Alaskan king crab. There are red, blue, and brown king crabs; Reds are known for being the sweetest of all king crab.
