Greek Chicken Wings with Lemon & Feta are the perfect combination for a light weeknight meal.  These crispy chicken wings have a wonderful lemony flavor and are inspired by Greek/Mediterranean cuisine.  They do need to be marinated so plan for timing, but you won’t regret your decision.  It’s a delicious recipe that can be enjoyed as an entrée, appetizer, or side dish. Start by marinating the wings.  Whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a large bowl.  Add the wings to a large Ziplock bag and pour the sauce over the top.  Seal the bag and toss to coat.  Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours if you want to prepare these waaaaaay ahead of time 😊 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.  Remove the wings from the marinate (use … Continue reading
