Bring a taste of Italy into your kitchen with Chicken Alfredo Bruschetta Pizza!  It combines the delicious flavor of alfredo sauce with chicken, bruschetta, mozzarella cheese, and crispy crust.  You’ll love it!

This recipe comes together in about 30 minutes, is packed with flavor, and is perfect for pizza night.  I even hear it makes great leftovers for lunch (or breakfast if you’re into that sort of thing) 😊

The recipe can be found here.

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.  I like to line my baking sheet with parchment paper so it’s easier to transfer the pizza to slice when done baking but that is completely up to you.

Make the bruschetta first by combining the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.  You want the flavors to blend together while you prepare the base of the pizza.

Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.  I like to use the room temperature, store bought pizza crust you find in the pizza / sauce aisle of the grocery store.  It’s thin, crisps up nicely, and doesn’t take too long to bake.  Pro tip – if you’re pizza crust is slightly too wide for your baking sheet or you want to be able to easily transfer after baking, flip the baking sheet over so the rimmed side is down and use the flat top as your surface.  Just be careful when placing in the oven so the crust doesn’t shift!

Spread the alfredo sauce evenly over the crust and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.  Add the shredded chicken next (rotisserie chicken works great).  Use as much or as little of each ingredient as you prefer.

Finally, top with the bruschetta mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.  Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board.  Sprinkle dried oregano and grated parmesan cheese over the top.  Then slice, serve, and enjoy!

The recipe can be found here.

The alfredo sauce is super creamy and adds this subtle nutty flavor.  The chicken is moist and tender.  The mozzarella is melty and stretches when you pull the pieces apart.  And the bruschetta…. it’s incredibly fresh and is really what brings it all together.

Happy Cooking!
