Ham & Gruyere Quiche

If you are unfamiliar with gruyere cheese, it’s a traditional Swiss cheese that is semi-hard and has a rich, creamy, salty, and nutty flavor. Instant Pot Frittata

Frittata’s make a great breakfast, brunch or brinner (breakfast for dinner as we call it at our house). A frittata is an egg-based dish, similar to an omelet or quiche, with your choice of veggies, meat, or cheese inside. I like to make frittata’s in an Instant Pot because it requires a lot less work – use one pot, set the timer, and go about your day until the timer ends.
