Make tonight’s dinner a fast and fun meal that’s completely customizable with sheet pan nachos!  These are guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser and are super easy to make.  Simply layer your toppings, bake, and enjoy!

One big plus of these is they only take one pan to make so clean up is a breeze, and the pan doubles as the serving vessel so you can simply dig in and be satisfied in no time.

I have 3 recipes to share with you today:

As mentioned previously, these would make for a great weeknight meal.  Otherwise, serve them at a football party, birthday party, weekend cookout, holiday party, etc.  The options are endless!  The recipes make a large enough quantity that you can feed a crowd.

Let’s start with Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos.  These are your standard nachos and encompass a lot of the same toppings as tacos, so feel free to make these your own.  Leave off the items you don’t like and add the items you do like or do half and half and split the toppings on either side of the sheet pan.

The recipe can be found here.

Start by preheating the oven to 352 degrees F.

Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer.  You will have some overlap and that’s ok!

Sprinkle ½ of the cheese over the tortilla chips.

Then, sprinkle the chicken and onion over the top of the cheese.

Add the black beans and corn on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the top.  Use as much or as little as you want.  This is to taste.  Sometimes taco seasoning in a packet is too salty so feel free to use a homemade recipe of your choosing.

Lastly, sprinkle the other ½ of the cheese evenly over the top.

Bake the sheet pan nachos for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the other ingredients are heated through.

Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle with the toppings of your choice.  I like to add tomatoes and cilantro.  Then, serve warm with sour cream on the side for dipping.  You can also serve with a side of salsa.  Enjoy!

The recipe can be found here.

This is such a classic yet delicious dish!  It can be an appetizer or if you only have a few mouths to feed, it can be an entire meal.  You can’t go wrong with these customizable sheet pan nachos!

Next up is Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Nachos.  These combine the sweet and tangy taste of BBQ sauce with tender chicken, salty bacon, and crisp onions to create the perfect BBQ Chicken Nachos.

The recipe can be found here.

Start by preheating the oven to 352 degrees F.

Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer.  You will have some overlap and that’s ok!

In a large bowl, combine the chicken with ½ cup BBQ sauce.  Dealers’ choice!  Use any brand of BBQ sauce you prefer.

Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese over the tortilla chips.

Then, sprinkle the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.

Next, add the red onion (or white onion) and bacon.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and drizzle with BBQ sauce.

Bake the sheet pan nachos for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the other ingredients are heated through.

Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onion.  Serve warm and enjoy!  You can have additional BBQ sauce on the side for dipping, for those that want a little extra tang in each bite.

The recipe can be found here.

You definitely won’t have any leftovers after making these nachos!  The sheet pan will be completely picked over!

Last up is Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Nachos.  These combine the spicy and tangy taste of buffalo wing sauce with tender chicken, melted cheese, and fresh jalapenos to create the perfect Buffalo Chicken Nachos.

The recipe can be found here.

Start by preheating the oven to 352 degrees F.

Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer.  You will have some overlap and that’s ok!

In a large bowl, add the melted butter, hot sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika.  Mix well, then add the chicken and stir to coat.

Sprinkle the cheese over the tortilla chips.

Then, sprinkle the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.

Add sliced jalapenos.  You can add as many or as few as you like or dice the jalapenos to get more in each bite!

Bake the sheet pan nachos for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the other ingredients are heated through.

Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onion.  Serve warm with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.  You can also serve with carrot or celery stick to cut some of the heat, like chicken wings.  Enjoy!

The recipe can be found here.

When it comes to the magic of buffalo wing sauce, the options are endless, and you’ll want to add these nachos to your menu plan!

I hope you, your family, or your guests enjoy these recipes for a quick and easy take on nachos.  They are budget friendly, customizable, and will feed a crew.  Some substitution ideas would be to swap out the chicken with ground beef or sausage, add black beans or refried beans, change up the cheese flavors (use Colby jack instead of cheddar, for example), or use nacho cheese sauce.  Slices some avocado or chop up a bell pepper to add as a topping.  Sprinkle fresh cilantro leaves or parsley over the top.  Make each and every pan your own!

Sheet pan nachos are a wonderful oven-to-table meal that allows everyone to enjoy the nachos family style, hot from the oven.

Happy Cooking!
