What’s not to love about sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, and pasta with a healthy kick of red pepper flakes! This dish comes together quickly with wonderful rich flavor, a perfect evening meal for a busy family. Let’s get cooking. Chicken Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes Ingredients • 3 large garlic cloves, minced • 1 jar (4 oz.) sun-dried tomatoes in oil • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes or larger • kosher salt • paprika • 1 cup heavy whipping cream • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving with the pasta • 8 oz. penne pasta • 1 Tbsp. Tender beef, butter, onions, Lawry’s seasoned salt and fresh French bread, the makings of our Tender Beef and Cheese Sandwich, a hearty sandwich that’s crowd tested and approved. Grab those ingredients and away we go! Melt 2 Tbsp. of butter in a large skillet and add sliced onions, stir together. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and light brown (about 7-10 minutes). While the onions are cooking, slice the Cube steak, slice against—or perpendicular to—the grain. Season sliced cube steak with Lawry’s seasoning. Be generous as it offers a lot of flavor.
