UnBOOlievably Good Food
We’ve got some scary good food to make your BOOFFET perfect with some of our delicious prepared foods and recipes! Don’t forget to treat the office with some Boo donuts that you can order ahead so they are right out of the oven ready on Friday morning! Mini Ham Sandwiches should be on your menu because you can make them a day ahead and just pop them in the oven before your guests arrive. Don’t be surprised if they are the first thing to go! If you’re a little more adventurous how about making Booofalo Chicken Sliders using our Buffalo Burger recipe, a tasty slider with a little kick. Our Killer Artichoke Bread is to die for! Crowd Food
Tender beef, butter, onions, Lawry’s seasoned salt and fresh French bread, the makings of our Tender Beef and Cheese Sandwich, a hearty sandwich that’s crowd tested and approved. Grab those ingredients and away we go! Melt 2 Tbsp. of butter in a large skillet and add sliced onions, stir together. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and light brown (about 7-10 minutes). While the onions are cooking, slice the Cube steak, slice against—or perpendicular to—the grain. Season sliced cube steak with Lawry’s seasoning. Be generous as it offers a lot of flavor.
